Sonam needs to work on her dialogue delivery a lot..she has a lot of potential! Honeslty, I thought Kareena was horrible in her initial years...I've just started to like her acting post Omkara...but she hasnt done anything memorable in the ladt few years after JWM. Just my opinion 😛

I know even if kareena wasn't that great...she is much better in her first films than what sonam and deepika and katrina can ever wish for. Just watch kareena in Refugee...she just had amazing natural glow about her. In terms of acting and screen presence. But than she made bad choices and started experimenting with bad roles. But we can forgive her since she was new...and at least better at acting now. Kareena did Chameli 4 years after her debut. It's been 4 years for sonam and both deepika. Do they have a performance that comes close to Chameli? NO!

Sonam and kareena are only similar in personalities and their backgrounds...but I don't think Sonam can be the next kareena. Like many said...Anuska can be the next kareena or possibly even better than kareena.

I like sonam. But that girl needs to work on her acting.

You can't just get up one day and start comparing two people so easily. They are two different individuals... both tried to set trends in their own way.. some part of their appeal is still similar but still that does not mean they have to be similar. Sonam will make her own mistakes and the end result we will get to see in few years...About Kareena she is not invincible.. never was never will be.. she had her share of trouble.. she was considered to be finished before she did JWM..and just because she was able to revive her career that does not mean sonam will be able to or will not be able to.. no one can tell whats gonna happen tomorrow so we will have to wait and see...

And about bebo what good is she even doing these days.. after JWM she has done absolutely nothing.. even kurbaan wasn't that bad.. but after Kurban she has started doing asin like cameos in khan movies.. Her real test of box office power would have to be heroine and her movie with imran..

It doesn't matter what good films is bebo doing now. She already proved herself. She is now enjoying the success she didn't have 10 years back. And she has Heroine to show "good work" people always complain about that she didn't show after JWM. Which to me seems like an argument people use to show that she is no better than Katrinas and sonams and deepikas and PCs. But kareena can ACT...it doesn't matter what kind of work she is doing. She already bagged awards and has films that will go down in history of bollywood.

Let's see

Bodyguard and ra.one- not a single complaint I saw on this forum about kareena's acting

Sonam and Katrina- both annoyed ppl in their commerical films (the akki film for sonam and MBKD for kat)

PC- she was bad in AA. Even one of her fan admitted it. Which to me says a lot.

Even in commercial films kareena can beat all of them.. except Anuska.

So when these stars can't even do well in commercial films...what's the point of asking what good films is even kareena doing? When most of commercial actress can't even nail their roles in commercial films. And kareena has shown she can successful in both.

sonam will never be the next kareena. If you watch kareena's first few movies, you can tell that she can act but sonam hasn't proven yet that she can. To be honest films such as Aisha do not prove that Sonam can act, because all she did in them was look good in designer clothes. Saawariya does not prove it either because all she did was act shy. If Sonam does not prove she can act with Player, i think she won't go very far in this industry.

Yes she can..Why sonam ,DP,Kat anyone for that matter..If amir,srk,salman give opportunity then yes..But if you ask she can be next Priyanka..then No .Cause To me Priyanka took lot of risks w/o caring for B.O..showed that a woman can be choosy and versatile too..I loved all her performances this year..she rocked..I doubt anyone has that spark today...

I def do think sonam has potential though. She can't be comprared to kareena. But I think if she tries...she can be good. Deepika also is showing improvement. Katrina's potential...I gave up on. lol

But I wish deepika didn't refuse to do that Vishal film. Because we would have seen her do well there...Vishal brings the best out of his actors.

I can't wait to see Sonam with directors like Vishal or imtiaz. She is been working with alot of crappy directors lately...like thank you. What was that? But she is still new and experimenting and learning. We should give her some time.
