Ra.One Unlikely To Break Day One Record In North India

Ra.One is unlikely to break the first day records of Bodyguard in Delhi/UP or East Punjab. The film was off too a flyer in both circuits especially Delhi NCR and Punjab but collections were lower from around 2pm.

Bodyguard put up a total of 4.19 crore nett in Delhi/UP and 1.86 crore nett in East Punjab on day one making it a North India total of 6.05 crore.

Ra.One is probably looking at a 4.75 crore nett combined total from these two circuits obviously depending on what happens it in the late evening and night shows but even if they were go to 100%, the Bodyguard figures seem out of reach.

Down South in Nizam its a totally different story, Bodyguard collected 1.14 crore nett on its first day here and Ra.One could be anywhere between 1.25-1.50 crore nett as it is doing extraordinary. Nizam is a muslim audience dominated circuit so Diwali Puja has a much lower affect on collections.

Totally Disappointing movie😔 Cant believe I forced my friends to accompany me for d movie. SRK's tamil accent was crap. Kareena's talent simply wasted. I wish she had a better screen space, anyways she looked beautiful.

Smartie- well at least if one group loves srk than that's less pressure lol. Am going with my mom (who loves both srk and bebo) and my little brother who loved the trailer of Ra.one and is a fan of krissh. Am scared they might be disappointed and blame me for dragging them to the theater.

yeh they seem to be hating it on twitter...but dunno...its hard to seperate the genuine criticism tweets from the hardcore "anti srk" tweets...because there is a lot of prejudice against him most of the times...

yep...and a telugu one too...i was told by a friend tht the telugu one was half full (which is amazing considering its a dubbed film) and the response was okayish...chammak challo, criminal were well recieved, so was the rajni cameo and some of the special effects...but overall,she said the audience were getting restless in the theatre...
