"Luck" is how you define it. I think very few people would consider Gauri "lucky" right about now. The look in her eyes is proof that she wasn't simply a "gold digger" (and whats so wrong about not wanting to marry into the gutter anyway-bet none of your parents want if for YOU...well...do they? 'Zackly) Especially considering she married Shahrukh before he was famous and against the wishes of everyone around her. If you believe what she said she didn't even want him to hit paydirt with the film career...maybe she had a premonition...

Anyway, I do hope she has a good birthday, wherever and however she spends the day.

Still waiting to see if Shahrukh spends it with her or if the promotion of his cinematic role as the ultimate family man once again supercedes his promotion of that role in reality.

The is nothing serious about it as being a fan of an actor, anyone would want to marry or dream of marrying their dream actor. So in that way, as people usually says 'She is really lucky to get him'. Its a common phrase and nothing personal referring to the term Gold Digger 😉
