Top B'wood stars in Subi Samuel's music video

Subi SamuelSubi Samuel – a photographer turned film producer, has introduced innovative style of publicity for his upcoming film 'ALAG' starring Akshay Kapoor and Dia Mirza. In the recent trend of using novel gimmicks to promote the film, Subi is not out of the race. Glamsham.com tries to find out about what does Subi have in store to entice viewers to watch his film ALAG.

Complete star package…
Expressing his excitement about his music video for his film 'ALAG', he said, " I'm very excited about the music video, which has been beautifully shot by Ashu Trikha (Director of the film ALAG). It has 10 luminaries' of Bollywood; Shah Rukh Khan, Sushmita Sen, Lara Dutta, Priety Zinta, Bipasha Basu, Priyanka Chopra, Bobby Deol, Abhishek Bachchan, Arjun Rampal and my best pal Karan Johar." It seems that moviegoers will have royal treat, as they'll watch the most wanted celebrities of the Bollywood.

Musical note…
Telling us more about the concept of the film, he said, "The theme of the music video is entirely based on the central character of the film, that is Tejas Rastogi (Akshay Kapoor) while the celebrities play themselves giving rough sketch of the story."

By God's Grace…
Getting high on his recent achievement, yet being modest, he said, " The concept of getting all celebrities in my music video was to get support from all my friends. All the celebrities appearing in the video share good rapport with me and they always wished my success in whatever field I explore. I must say that I've been lucky to have friends like them. But it's all possible due God's Grace on me."

On Karan Johar…
When asked him why he featured Karan Johar in the music video, as he doesn't fit in the bracket because all other celebrities are actors whereas Karan Johar is the filmmaker. On a very friendly note Subi replied, "I featured Karan Johar in my music video, because besides being eminent personality of Bollywood he is my close friend. By featuring all my close friends in my venture I collected all positive vibes for the success of my project."

Subi- an ace fashion photographer has lot of things on his cards. After making a sci-fi 'ALAG', his next venture will be emotionally inclined. Being conceited about his future projects he said, " I'm doing one more project with the same team, as in director Ashu Trikha and actor Akshay Kapoor in the male lead, and female lead is not yet finalized. Unlike ALAG it will be an emotional drama. Moreover, this untitled project will be shot in the foreign location and which may release in the early 2007."

All in all it appears that within few years he'd also be exploring his directorial skills. It seems that after being one of the finest fashion photographers, he has now focused his ambitious lens to become top-notch filmmaker of the industry.
