Armed with a degree in Arts from S.I.T Manhattan, New York, Vastavikta says that getting into acting was a professional choice. "Deep in my heart and mind I always wanted to be an actress. I think it's in my genes! Making her debut with Karan Razdan's supernatural thriller "Eight", which is produced by Lucky Kohli under his banner of United Dreams Entertainment, Vastavikta plays the character of a young girl who is born and bought up in London, but who looses her parents in an accident. "The script rocks! Every character is worked on with so much detail that it is absolutely flawless," adds Vastavikta.
