Definately one of the better actresses we have around right now. I personally wouldn't run out to watch any of her movies, she doesn't reallly excite me. But I do think she can act decently in whatever she's given.

I think she can but at the same time I do think she needs a good director as well. What I like most about her is the fact she's daring enough to experiment whether or not she's successful at the BO. She is one of the better actresses at the moment.

Her best performances: Kaminey and Aitraaz..yet to see 7KM.

Yes she can act. But like smartie pants said I also don't connect with her onscreen. Sometimes her acting doesn't seem natural...like her performances in Fashion and AA...I thought that was forced. I don't think she is overrated but her performance in Fashion is overrated.

Her best performance IMO is Aitraaz and Kaminey. I thought she was completely natural in these two films and I loved her performance. Even though I didn't finish kaminey...from what I saw she was good. I connected with her performance in Kaminey. :)

PC's weakness is she doesn't do so well in commercial roles like Anjaana Anjaana...where she suppose to be super fun and bubbly ect...her performance seems fake. She wasn't that great in Dostana either. Junior Bachan was the scene stealer in that film.

She does well with directors who push her like Vishal.

That's why I can never connect with her offscreen either...she tries to hard and seems fake...a wannabee. When she first started out she wasn't like that. I have seen her Aitraaz interview and she talks normal.

I think she is a great actress. She surprised me with Fashion and to date its my fav movie of hers.

She was fantastic in Kaminey and Saat Khoon Maaf. I survived Saat Khoon maaf because of her acting chops, she carried the entire movie on her shoulders even overshadowing acting geniuses like Irrfan (my favorite) and Nasruddin Shah and it had nothing to do with the length of her role. You could tell she really gave it her all in SKM. So yea she can act.
