Few years down the road you can ask the same question for Kareena, Priyanka, Deepika, Sonam Katrina etc. Everyone has a time and in that time they will shine. Also even if the above mentioned actors where to star in a movie I don't think people are much interested in watching them. Rani, Preity, Amrita all did make a comeback but did their movies work at BO...if they have such huge fan following then those movies wouldn't have failed so miserably.

People want variety and how much ever good actor you are people will get tired of watching you again and again.

Good question. Personally I am bored of the buddha actors too like the Khans, Akshay, Ajay trying to pass themselves off as 20 something guys. But you see so many films of theirs releasing all the time that you cant escape them. The promotions make their films hits at the BO and they keep churning movies. Why this happens I dont know...maybe because fans whether men or women would still go to watch a buddha male actor's movie. But men dont like watching movies of 30+ actresses. Another theory can be that the buddha actors try to pass themselves off as young by pairing themselves with actress between 20-30 thus 30+ actresses lose out as no big star wants to act opposite them.
