SRK comes off as a doobti naiyya these days. If Ra.1 and Don both work (and I mean, really work) and become successful critically and commercially, then it's all good. I guess it'll be safe to say that he's going to have a stable position in Bollywood for the next couple of years. If by any chance both or either one of his upcoming films fail (especially Ra.1), then...khuda jaane.

On a random (and irrelevant) note, my mom is a big fan of SRK. I always told her jokingly that the day she does not praise SRK or sees him on TV and says, "ab SRK woh purana wala SRK nahin raha" (in reference to his charm, looks, etc.)...then that's the day I'll believe that there's something really wrong with SRK or his career, since I would never hear her saying something like that. And well, she said this last month when she saw Ra.1's promo. Oh man. 😆

Q. Which Promo has a better response Ra.One, Bodyguard or Don 2?

A. Ra.One was a few months back at the moment the film is out of the news. Out of the recent Bodyguard and Don 2 promos, exhibitors report more enquiries about Bodyguard in India. Overseas may well be different story.

His Team has to GEAR_UP for next 6 months to make both the Movies in NEWS, Not the RUMORS which are coming on every 2nd day especially Ra.One.

Shabz: That's so funny. My mom is also a SRK bhaakt. She will sit in front of the TV whenever SRK is hamming as a teary-eyed, quivery-limbed lover and go into a trance-like state. My dad and I tease her endlessly about SRK and his failing stock value just to get a rise out of her. 😆

According to the latest tabloids buzz in the industry, superstar Shah Rukh Khan's home production venture 'Ra.One' rights have been bought by Eros International for the whopping amount of Rs. 175 crore.

So, even with satellite rights and music sales, Ra1 needs 150 crore plus to cover its cost to the Distributors.
