Lots of ppl want to be "on top" but the numbers start thinning when we ask who is willing to sleep with folks they don't care about (or even like) and not for stark survival but for a film role, no less.

The numbers thin even more when we ask who is willing to pimp their kids for their public image.

They thin yet more when we factor in who is willing to undergo elective surgeries when they are already richer than freaking god, and all that simply to be considered "the top"

So, sure we're ALL greedy but some ppl are more ruthless and more willing to jettison everything---and I mean EVERY THING & every ONE else in life to attain that one goal of public acclaim.

It nearly always STARTS with just a hunger for money but it becomes an addiction to public recognition and attention, or else why would ppl who have obviously cemented their positions financially continue to jockey for position and sell out those close to them and even their own standards for simply more of same?

Calling a thing a "goal" doesn't make it automatically admirable or well chosen, and the things people do to attain them aren't always---ultimately---in their best interest or in the best interest of those around them.

The starving street hustler mentality only works well in a small, particularly animalistic kind of scenario. Once we aren't starving animals willing to do anything to survive, why do we choose to continue functioning that way? Why do certain Khans?

Maybe it gives them a sense of purpose, but yeah. I've seen ruthlessness, indifference and greed where there is no longer any need for these things
