Of course Transformers 3 made a HELL LOT of money because it was a hit franchise and not some crossover cinema like Aishwarya's. And no, I'm not saying Ash produced blockbusters in HW. Her movies like Provoked, BnP, PP2 did become successful but not 'disasters' as you say.

Anyway the point of bringing in Transformers 3 was to point out that grades have nothing to do with the collections. They are an entirely different thing.

Jeans in its original language is a blockbuster. CB too was a hit in its original language Bengali. Bride and Prejudice is a clean hit. Made on a budget of $7million, it made about four times the investment... $25million. And Guru is a hit according to Box office India. You say JWM is a blockbuster but Guru not even a hit?
