even i can post an article on how vulguar she got in tashan and KI .. i have read some reviews too...but then i dont want to get pulled off in getting anyone down again 😆i would have agreed with u totally if there was no song like 'Pyaar ye janne kaisa hai' in rangeela in which she dances like in pure white saree all covered and still looks heavenly...and the review have mentioned...i dont think any movie has arrived which has got +A from everybody...so i don;t go with it...and since u didn't like the movie urself u posted such a bizzare review...anywways Rangeela was a movie loved by many and still considered a LANDMARK in bollywood...i can post several articles on tht but why should I waste my time in tht ... the world knows...YES I AGREE tht after this DAUD was complete trash...a complete letdown...no story..only some good songs and much skin show by urmila..dat makes sense to me...but which actress doesn't do tht...its applicable for all in bollywood...and why the needle is stuck on RGV? wht abt the other directors .. dont they do it...all the actresses have done tht...BIG DEAL...its show business after all...dats all !
I dunt see wht point ur trying to make here...on one hand, u say "if urmilas vulgar so is kareena" and on the other hand, you say "everyone does it, its business, big deal"...so ur either trying to defend ur fav by not saying its a "big deal" or ur trying to defend her by bringing other actors down which is a shame, really..
Did i ever say i didnt find kareena vulgar?? did i ever say shes a godess who can never do any wrong? NO...i said i couldnt sit through kambakth ishq and some of her earlier movies like talaash which are disgusting to say the least.
But since u mentioned her infamous bikini shot and her wearing skimpy clothes, i pointed out the fact that wearing skimpy clothes alone dosent qualify as vulgar...its the filmmakers projection too which plays a major part...priyanka wore skimpy clothes in dostana and Andaaz...but ppl found her vulgar in andaaz because the filmmaker didnt show her in the right way, whereas she was projected well in dostana...
FYI, I posted the review only because there are several comments underneath the review who agree with it...U like it and u think its a landmark...good for u...i was posting the other side of the coin...a major section of todays audience also found it a bit pervy...so the discussion can swing both ways
and for the record, having one song where she the heroine is fully clad dosent justify anything or make the rest of the songs any less vulgar...just sayin..coz then even I can make an argument like "KI had the song "kyun" where kareena was fully clad and looked heavenly"
