day 01 - your favorite film:
A very difficult one!

Hollywood: Lord of the Rings, The Return of the King. I don't think any movie has captivated me like this trilogy and specifically the third one which was everything I could've hoped for and more. I mean by the time I got to the third one I kind of thought, surely I've seen the best of this trilogy already but then the third one happened and it blew me away all over again.
Bollywood: A difficult one and if I was going for a movie which I can watch over and over again it would be many SRK movies. It's kind of a guilty pleasure of mine to indulge in K3G, KKHH, Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna and KHNH like every season. However in terms of a movie which although I can't watch over and over again, it's just an absolutely breathtaking movie, it would have to be Black. Not the most entertaining and yet when I first saw it I was just so amazed. I don't think an acting performance like that (from all of the cast) has ever impressed me so much.

Both of these movies were a complete pretentious mess, it was over-calculating what it was trying to say, was specifically CATERED to lure hipsters and indie kids in and pretty much sucked. I was so excited for both.

Day 2: My least fave movie - That's easy peasy, given the number of trash movies they churn out all year round.😆 Just to zero in on one movie though, I give it to Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna. The title is extremely misleading and is not at all in accord with what the movie is actually about (not that I'm still sure what all that trash was about, but still). Secondly, I couldn't stand SRK and Rani in the movie and the way it glorified their infidelity made me leave the theater with a very bad taste in my mouth. 🤢 So, KANK it is.
