Actors Ranbir Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor are the new friends in town. They are seen bonding at restaurants and catching up once in a way. We wonder, however, what they do about a thread that links them in a unique way.
You see, Kareena Kapoor, who happens to be Shahid Kapoor's ex-girlfriend is also Ranbir Kapoor's cousin sister. Doesn't that make things awkward between the two? A common friend informs us, "First, even though Ranbir and Kareena are cousins, they weren't ever close. Also, Shahid and Kareena are a thing of the past. Both seem to have moved on well. Shahid and Ranbir both are mature individuals and it's a kind of understanding between them that they don't talk about Kareena. Besides, the two boys have much else to talk about - from bikes and gadgets to films and sport. So Bebo is a well avoided topic between them."
