😊 I seriously thought this movie was Priyanka's best performance of her career. She sinked her teeth into it. It is not easy to play a role like this. The concept was pretty interesting and I thought Vishal Bhadwarj gave her something to experiment with. It is a shame these type of movies do not get box office appreciation by the lame Indian audiences. However, with that said, I think Priyanka fans should not have any regrets that she did this movie. I now have become a big Priyanka fan myself. 😳 She looked simply stunning in the Darling number. I really don't think she should be wasting her talent on roles like Don 2 and Agneepath. But I guess she wants hits like all other actresses in the industry. It will be a very long time before we see Priyanka in a role again like this.

So, Priyanka fans and others who appreciate good cinema, is 7 Khoon Maaf Priyanka's best? And we need to stop worrying about her personal life. I am only concerned with her movies now and what she does next!

It is a role which requires natural acting and depth! Priyanka did it with flying colors, but everyone has their opinion. What's Your Raashee was not that much appreciated like 7 Khoon Maaf. It is very rare to have actresses do these heroine-oriented type of films. I just hope Priyanka does another role with a lot of depth rather sooner than later! 😕

No.. It is not... I would rate her performances in Kaminey and Fashion much higher than SKM...

SKM She did try...but I think it needed a much more seasoned actress like Tabu...

anyways.. i thought the movie was a bunch of bull.. it gets redundant after a while.. 🥱.. PC didn't impress me at all.. 😛 better luck next time..

Well, I didn't watch much Priyanka films until 7 Khoon Maaf. I was simply stunned and amazed by her acting in this film. I stayed away from Priyanka films before because she did ridiculous movies like Pyaar Impossible, Anjaana Anjaani, and countless other films where she did not use her talent effectively. Did you know Aish was also considered to do 7 Khoon Maaf? I don't think Aish could have done it because she is married and a role like this requires a much younger actress. Tabu is way to old to be doing 7 Khoon Maaf! Other actresses who could have done it well would be Kareena Kapoor, Rani Mukherjee, or perhaps Biphasa Basu. But, I really don't see anyone else doing this role except Priyanka. 😃

just because SKM didnt get appreciated, dosent make the indian audience lame yaar...films like dev d, khosla ka ghosla, NOKJ, udaan, Do dooni chaar and even all of VB's previous movies...did well with the audience...if they dunt like a movie, they dunt like it....has nothing to do with indian audience being lame....sorry but i found that statement a bit offensive..

What I meant by this comment is that Indian audiences still have to grow up bigtime! I know 7 Khoon Maaf was not a perfect film, but it was an experiment and I appreciated the effort. I hate to say it, but people overseas (such as myself) love these type of films whereas the audiences in India love masala and pointless films like Dabaang. I know No One Killed Jessica was a hit and that was a different movie. But, it is very rare for women-oriented movies to do well and 7 Khoon Maaf deserves to do at least average business, not be a total flop at all!

Well.. IMO None of the current ones be it a PC or a Kareena or a Rani or a Ash could have pulled it off...

Suzaana was a very complex character which all of these current ones would have messed it up...

@goneforever...well it depends on sensibilities ......indians like movies which keep them entertained...if that is masala, so be it...if that is something like Dev D, so be it....

..just because a film is experimental, dosent mean the audience should like it....a film primarily needs to entertain more than anything else..and if ppl dunt find it entertaining, then its a fail from the word go...i personally would prefer unbashedly entertaining but pointless movies like dabangg to pretentiously "experimental" movies like guzaarish...
