As far as i know.. i don't think rani was romantically involved with either vivek or abhishek..its just that these two hooked up with ash.. and rani became a palin no no for them... i will never understand ash's grudge against.. rani.. is it the chalte chalte thing?? if rani wouldn't have done chalte chalte.. then someone else would have done.it. ash gets along with srk now.. the guy who threw her out of chalte chalte.. but she still has issues with rani.. :S...

^^ Women always find reasons to fight with each other.. and its usually about men... and women can hold grudges for a long long time... compared to men.. who can easily forget and forgive.

😆 women can fight about anything. they don't even need a reason sometimes. men score in this aspect for me - they're calmer and more level headed.

As much as I like Rani, I don't find your points to be fair. Aishwariya definitely has the right to hold her grudges against Rani, especially since Rani was always so "Ashumaaaaaaa Ashhuuuummmmma I love you, muaaahhh" in tghe beginning, and then, stabbed a knife behind her back.

Actually, no. Rani or anyone else can't take up that role before Ash resigning from the film. She was already signed up for it. And it really lacks courtesy in Rani's part if she hadn't even bothered to know what her "jaan ki jigar" would think before taking such a step.

As far as I know, Rani was the first choice for Chalte Chalte. But she told SRK that it would be a very similar role and backed out of it. Then it went to Ash, Kajol and then back to Rani.

I see it this way. Between two friends, Rani chose to help out Shah.

But no judgement calls from my side. This situation was pretty messed up.

But Ash already signed the movie - and until and unless she backs off by her own will, no one can take her place without her consent. Ash could have easily put Rani and SRK behind the bars with the help of the law. In fact, Rani and SRK should be thankful to her because if not for her generosity, they both might still be spending their time in jail.

Rani could have easily phoned Ash and asked her about it. She chose to further her declining career by using Ash's problem. If Rani really saw Ash as a friend, then she would have never done this. Of course all those "Ashummmmaaaaa I love you" was nothing but fake and a pretence which is very evident.

Rani was the first choice of the film. But when she rejected the role (probably 'cause she felt it was too similar to what she'd done in Saathiya), the project went to Ash. Ash signed up for it - so officially, ash became the leading actress of the film - but due to the Salman fiasco, she could not fully commit her to the project. SRK replaced Ash without even telling her once about it, and Rani took the role without even bothering to inform Ash about it. So strange that both Rani and SRK regarded Ash as their 'friend'.
