So do they usually cast a bollywood actress in south movies.. so that the movie can work at the boxoffice in north.. ?? Both deepika and ash don't have the best track record in bolly... they should take someone like katrina.. so that the movie can be a hit in north also.

I think Ash, a top Bolly actress in a Rajni film, was just a random thing to do....but I guess Rajnikant and the movie crew want to reproduce that success down south again

They might be trying to get northern viewers but that might be too much since most people want to watch movies in languages that they can understand. It's also possible that Rajnikant is just trying to slide his way into Bollywood😆

Its funny how divided India is.. north ki films south mein nahin chalti south ki films north mein nahi chalti... I have met a lot of south indian people.. who don't even know hindi.. i asked them about it.. and they said that they have never seen any bollywood movies.. and hindi was even banned in south for a long time.. but its surprsing how a lot of south indian people i have seen in BS are very good in hindi and they watch bollywood movies.

I am not south Indian so I haven't seen any of Rajnikath's films...But obviously I have heard about what a rage is films are...his amazing fan following...maybe I'll watch one of his films dubbed in hindi...
