Dilwale Dhulaniya Le Jayenge, now that I watch it, I realize the film does nothing but emphasize on man made notions and stereotypes. It was highly racist. Firangis bad, desis good.

tell me abt it.. i remember getting into a fight with these two indian girls in my class.. there i was trying to study my times tables.. we were having this BIG math test right after lunch and these two just wouldn't stop drooling over DDLJ and SRK.. so i asked them to stop talking abt the Mexican delivery boy.. 🤣... they cursed me out in hindi..🤓 and to date, i have no clue as to wht the hell they were saying.. 😆😆

i dont know how over-rated it was/is.. but i love the movie.. it was entertaining.. especially the Amitabh scenes.. 😆.. "tera naam kya hai Basanti".. 🤣

i know, how can you not love sholay...? but i've come across quite a few who say it's overrated... to each their own, i guess..

but out of all the movies i have seen, sholay is way up at the top, along with golmaal (the old one with amol palekar)... just love all the lines...! 😆😆😆

aaj kal movies mein wo baat nahin hai... i like quite a few, but it's just not the same...!

I have never seen the old Golmaal.. and only found out abt it when the new Golmaal came out.. 😆.. i didn't find the actor good-looking enough for me to rent the film..😆😆
