well, I suppose you watch it aftter watching lot of movies similar to that theme? are you?

Actually in 80's and first 90's, hindi films are about a same story such as " rich girl falls in love with poor boy, then run out from home, girls father proposed a bad another rich guy who wants her with properties, then ends in murder etc..

where as DDLJ comes as a refreshment at that stage, thats is the first movie connected to youth and it was not about a love story which was based on sudden attraction like all other love stories at that time. So I think people feel it as a great change, I am one of them. after that, movies made according to the same theme, so if you check it after recent movies, you will ot feel that dramatic change. Just my idea😳

Ok uys shoot me, I found SHOLAY is highly overrated. I think, i don't feel any specialty there because, I already watched lot of modern action films when i check it.

Other one is DEVDAS, though it's the biggest hit of sanjay, i think his kamoshi is way better.
