A year of magnificent acting!!!!

This year the movies may not have done as well as expected at the box office. However; the performances by many of the actors were spellbinding. Everybody enacted their roles to perfection. You couldn't see an iota of their own personality in the characters they were portraying. This year I think the actors(male) will be knows for their character rather than their own names.

The actor's I'd like to mention are (these are just the performances I saw. So there might be more) This is in no particular order

Shahrukh Khan as Rizwan Khan
Hrithik Roshan as Ethan Mascarenhas
Ajay Devgas as Sultan Mirza
Ranbir Kapoor as Samar Pratap
Salman Khan as Chulbul Pandey (didn't like the film but loved him)

Abhishek Bachchan as Surjya Sen ( I haven't watched the film but it seems like he's gonna be good:)
Emraan as Shoaib Khan


Kajol as Maya and Mandira
Aishwarya as Sophia and Ragini
Vidya (I heard she was good in Ishqiya still have to watch it)

I also like Kareena in We are Family

I'd look to also give credit to Deepika and Katrina for trying something out their comfort zone in (Lafangey Parindey, KHJJ, and Rajneeti)

Emraan and Ranbir have done something different and same goes for Kat and Deepika! Good for them!

i wish priyanka had some good releases this year but sad .. she didnt think before signing them

Hrithik Roshan as J in KITES

and of course...

Rajnikanth-Sir as Robot in Robot

Bollywood's mainstream acting standards are so low, that the audience gets impressed by even the most mediocre performances.
