I am not regular on I-F and this is becoz of this crazy fan thing that goes on. I mean you can't speak about what you feel and if you do then you get bashed!

I don't know about now but when I used to be regular Shahid, Deepika, Sonam, Katrina's fans really got on my nervous.

I guess every celebrity has some good fans and some crazy ones to put you off them. The two such ones are Kay Ass Gee and Katrina.

Anyhow even without the crazy fans I still cant stand the two.

But I can understand what's going on here! So many members have left Bolly Forum after being heckled and bullied and generally driven insane by the Fangroups! That is really so sad!

More than supporting a particular star or celebrity, most people who are pyscho enough to send PM's are probably suffering from some deep rooted complexes of their own and see the anonymity of the Internet as the perfect playground to vent all their personal frustrations!

Haven't we had this topic before on this forum?

Anyway, I guess liking or disliking a celeb due to their fans is something I don't identify with. If some fans of an actor are really overzealous and the actor is a really nice human being in general then its quite unfair for people to automatically be aversive to the actor cos of thier fan base. Sometimes people act as though its the actor themself who has offended them with the way they join the bandwagon and bash the actor due to 'provocation' from the fanbase.
Similarly, I don't get how you can start liking a celeb cos their fans are tolerant or balanced especially if the actor is dislikable (in terms of acting and offscreen behaviour).

liking a celeb because their fans are friendly with you, is pretty stupid, imo... and disliking a celeb because of their fans is also bit silly and rather childish... why can't people make up their own mind...? 😛😛 to me, it does not matter... because every celebrity has both decent fans and what you might call the 'overzealous' fans... what difference does it make...? even the sensible fans (so-called) can be sometimes overzealous about defending their favourites, or whom they think is right (those who are non-fans, supposedly)... 😛😛

another thing... one is capable of making good topics also, without having to nitpick on other members... 😛😛😛 becase as far as i see it, this is the forum to discuss celebs, and not the behaviour of their fans... 😛😛

i'm rather amused at some of the replies... hypocrisy, really is the order of the day, isn't it... 😛

I find it hard to believe that the one's who post regularly on the forum can be one of those! All the regular posters who are die-hard Ash supporters are also some of the forums' most sensible and friendly members! (For eg. Sweet Coco)

I have hardly seen any Aishwarya Fan / Fan group bashing other members on the forum!

PS : Or is it a special undercover Aishwarya Fan Group that believes in the Poison Pen syndrome rather than writing on the forum?
