They decided to get married to each other years ago and the "fans" still cannot digest why the marriage happened 😆 Seriously tho what is the point of this topic ?In the same vein would Abhi have married Aishwarya if she was just a struggling starlet ? Both have gained something from this union.And they seem happy. That is what matters at the end of the day.

Marriages happen for a variety of reasons not solely for love as bollywood potrays. Abhi and Aishwarya were not 18 when they decided to get married so it must have been much more than chemistry or love or whatever you may call it.

If I had the choice of marrying anyone from Bollywood, then it would be Abhishek and only Abhishek . He is such a decent,respectful, humble, honest, good-spirited guy, really, who wouldn't wanna marry him? Now i dont know why Ash married him, all we can do is speculate and never find out but all I know is she sure made the right choice 😃

I guess a lot of women these days prefer men like Abhishek coz its much easier with them. But I like a match of "equals", I wouldn't wanna dominate around a guy for my whole life and feel better about myself, I would rather like a strong man, who is independent and can stand up for himself. About some "fans" not being able to digest this union, I highly doubt it.. but whats the harm with this topic.. when the other one on how Katrina used and manipulated salman for success went up to 12 pages.. i guess some "fans" also cannot digest the success of other actresses, who might be competing with their favs.

Well apart from Dostana, which movie of his has been a hit (after marriage that is)? Yet you see them happy, commited so the question seems quite redundant to ask now.
If it really was a good standing at the Box Office and being an established star that was a prerequisite for Aish, she would have left him by now.

IMO I think Aish is really cunning and manipulative. Aish would have never married Abhishek if he wasn't son of Amitabh Bachchan.She knew herself that there is no way she could still hold onto her fame after 35. I know she is famous and stuff but come on that woman cannot act even if her life depends on it and the funny thing is she's been in bollywood for 20+ years. And her looks were fading. Also she always had a thing for famous star kids. It's all about planning. I think Abhi is cool but kind of lost my respect for him over the years.

I really dont understand how this marriage is connected in anyway to Katrina or the success of other actresses. But I guess some "fans" are privy to this information and their replies reflect that

To be very honest, none of us can ever answer this question, since we are not Ash!! Only she knows why she married him :) I agree that people marry for various reasons and not for love alone. I think love should be one of the reasons why two people get married but marriages don't last on the basis of love alone.

I think it would be very small minded of us all to assume that Ash married Abhi simply because of his surname. I mean, the woman is more successful than him! She's not doing too bad for herself and has created her own identity. We should give credit where it's due.

I just don't understand why some people would think that Ash somehow pre-planned these things or married just for the sake of Abhi's surname. Please, this isn't an Ekta Kapoor serial 😆 not everything in life is calculated, as you rightly said.
