King Khan does not stop at that and points out that building a great body was not that easy and more like worshipping. You have to go regularly to the gym and continuously work on your body to gain and then maintain that dream muscular physique.
In any case, even if you gain that dream body once it's not easy to maintain that six- pack- abs, as has been the case with Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan. In fact, it is only Sallubhai who has constantly and diligently maintained that great physique.
