When people are willing to pay him money, I dont think he is doing anything wrong.

After all no one is in the business of film making for charity.

He is anyday better than a wooden Imran Khan- who rigthfully deserves the tile of single expressioned wannabe-still in industry thanks to his mamoo jaan & chocolate boy looks

He may not be the best actor, but he still is a GOOD actor! I think he sometimes tend to be inconsistent, but he's not horrible! Also, I find him very charming, charismatic, witty, funny, down-to-earth, relatable, and damn straight gentleman and good human being off-screen! Obviously, he can't be paid what his off-screen personality, but i still love him and off-screen and hope he never disappears! I don't know if he deserves 7 crore or not, but I think it's unfair that actresses more talented than Abhi are grossly underpaid, while he gets a huge paycheck! First, give all the people who are consistent and the BEST a huge sum of money and then go to the good performers!

If we go by actin gthen Shabana Azmi, OmPuri and Nassurdin Shah etc should be highest paid....but they are not which is bad. So many good actors ar eliving in poverty and doing dramas or stage show to get their bread and butter...

But for a person to be famous and successful you need to have the X-factor - it can be family name, beauty, body or just a smile that makes million hearts flutter......

CAn't blame why they are getting this or not....without moving your facial muscles there are many who get paid a lot more than others..so why to blame him only...

i so agree! Even kokona sen and tabu should be paid more than PC, Ash, and Kareena! But acting isn't the only factor that goes into a star's salary...it also includes fan base, star power, and over box office pull! X factor is the major factor!!
