There are so many dancers cum actors in Bollywood today but Shammi Kapoor is at par with all of them. He had a unique dance style.
Now the new heartthrob of Bollywood who also belongs to Kapoor Khandaan, Ranbir Kapoor also gets a chance to shake leg with Shammi Kapoor in his film where he is playing a Rockstar.
Shammi Kapoor will be doing a cameo in Imtiaz Ali's next and his seven days shooting for the film will happen in Delhi.
When contacted Shammi Kapoor he confirmed the news by saying, " I do not have the energy of the present generation stars but I will do my best to look good on screen," says the cutest actor of Bollywood who is on dialysis.
His dialysis treatment is a major reason for not doing films, " I have to visit the hospital thrice a week for treatment which takes 6 hours but Imtiaz Ali has told me he will take care of all the arrangements in a nearby hospital so I don't have to worry about it," says Kapoor.
Everyone must be thinking that Shammi Kapoor said yes because Ranbir Kapoor is in the film, but no, " Imtiaz asked me to be a part of the film so I agreed. Because I have seen his film Love Aaj Kal and liked it. I like him as a director and then Ranbir joined him so I said yes," says Kapoor.
