Agree! I also think she needs to tone down a little. I'm not saying she be stick skinny, but maybe tone the arms and the hips a little!!

Wasn't she vacationing in Greece before she went to Cannes? I think its only reasonable that she gained a bit of weight .. I'm sure she wasn't sitting at a gym in Greece.

And I believ she had an eye infection (the one bcoz of which you get red eyes) before her Cannes trip.

No wonder her eye make-up is pretty odd.
