I don't think BC was a hit. It was either above average or average film.

I think he will be fine but his career depends which movies he will choose . But his problem is that he isn't starkid or has support of a gothfather in the industry.

Irrespective of whether BC and Paatshala were a hit or recovered money he needs to select better roles which allows for versatality and which has something called a story/script, Period!

I don't think having someone from the industry affects having a hit or flop. Its the people/fans who go see the films not the family lol . If u are a good actor and can pull ppl to the Box office, than you can survive this industry. Look at Esha deol and Farden Khan, they are flop actors sorry to say and there are no where to be found because they lack talent. They have people in the industry, but that didn't make them any bigger than what they are. Shahid is bigger than them so I don't see how having a filmi background family will help him. PS his dad is a former actor and director. He is giving him a film called Mausam....Lets see if that helps his box office

movie like Badmash company could have done better.. the concept was good but the script was not tight... their were certain loop holes also ... and to top of that their was not all need of any female lead.... they could have managed without a girl... but no they have to show some stupid crap of girl exposing...😡
