i rly hope they cast someone good for Kat's role. if ranbir wasnt in it i wud say take kareena. i jus rly wanna c a movie with two good actresses together like the other boleyn girl...natalie n scarlett. i want something like that in bollywood

I dont think Anurag basu was going to chop her role in half because suddenly he decided to write in another character. Actors like Priyanka and Kat only work by a bound script.

SHe has a problem with another actress in the movie but has no problem when she only has to dance and smile in movies like Singh is King...

That was just a thought not a fact no one knows 100 % yet why she refused the movie.. it can maybe also be because she got the rights of the french movie and now she wants to produce that asap so she refused this movie...

Anurag said Katrina is his first choice for this role and he only wants Katrina to do it so i dont know whats gonna happend now even this article could not be true no one know syet...

if you read she says in this space she is in NOW she dosent want to do those kind of movies anymore.. everyone decides what to do.. before they want it to do something else and now when they have done those movies they want to try bigger challengers and different roles.. thats what Kat also is doing....

Anurag Basu. Hmm, isn't he the one who is directing Kites??

After what happened with Kangana, it's probably a good thing. Keeping aside the acting capabilities, I think it's probably a good idea for Katrina to back out.

I don't think it should matter how big/small Katrina's role is .. If it was a GOOD/STRONG character she should've kept it.

Does she really have to be the leading lady? Didn't some people appreciate Kangana's role compared to Priyanka's in Fashion? Or look at Saif in Kal Ho Na Ho, he played a supporting role to SRK and was still highly appreciated...

That's true. She also received a national award for it. So I guess the moral of the story is that the length of a role doesn't really matter. It's the impact that it has on the audience and whether or not the actor/actress does justice to it.
