Pankaj Kapur finds an ingenious way to teach Sonam Kapoor lessons in time management

| Late coming is almost a norm in the film industry. But thanks to Pankaj Kapur, Sonam Kapoor is not only learning the ropes of acting but also time management. The pretty actress has been signed on to star opposite Shahid Kapoor in his father's directorial debut Mausam and being such a talented actor, Pankaj Kapur expects nothing but the best from his stars. To make sure that both the young actors get their acting just right in the love story, Pankaj Kapur arranged for some acting workshops, which started last week at his Andheri office. On the first day, Sonam reached 40 minutes after the scheduled time and she was perturbed when she was curtly told that the workshop was cancelled. Sonam was careful the next day when she reached her director's office punctually. However, the third day she was again running late by almost 20 minutes and was just about to reach Pankaj Kapur's office when she got an SMS informing her that the workshop had been cancelled. Apparently, it was called off as she did not reach on time again. Pankaj Kapur laughed and said, "We are just at the script reading stage. We do this in my office. The two kids (Shahid and Sonam) sit in front of me and read out their respective parts. You are right that I have been holding workshops for Mausam, but baki ki khabar sahi nahin hai. I am sorry." Despite repeated attempts Sonam remained unavailable for comment. But we trust that she has learnt her lesson. |
