NDTV 24x7 partners up with 'My Name Is Khan'

Popular news channel, NDTV 24x7 has teamed up with the makers of soon-to-be-released blockbuster, 'My Name Is Khan' starring Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol.

As part of the tie-up, NDTV 24x7 will show previews of the movie, featuring its starcast and filmmaker. It will also give an insight into the film's making. On Thursday 21st January, Karan Johar will be seen talking to viewers about the making of the film on 'The K Corner' on '(K)Nightout' at 23:30 (IST) / 18:00 (UK).

Apart from this, the channel will show a series of interviews conducted by Prannoy Roy with Karan Johar, Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol, where the trio will share their trials and tribulations of being together and some moments from the movie.

The series will be aired every Sunday at 19:30 (IST) / 14:00 (UK), starting this Sunday 17th January.

OMG it would be quite a delight to see the trio in action. Specially Kajol and SRK.. and Kjo would be there to spark up some interesting conversation.

I had some doubts kajol won't able to promote MNIK with Srk/Kjo and it's becoming true. I hope she will do atleast on Korner on ndtv. Or else i would be really disappointed. Because Srk won't be in india after 2 weeks from now. He is going to Miami, USA for Ra.one shooting and then MNIK promotion. Not sure what fox has prepared for Srk's promotion in USA.

OMG..Srk is coming.. then I will surely watch this show!!! Yea man I wish Kajol could come too.. but I guess she has other priorities.. But I think she will be the part of NDTV special.. so that is great! But I seriously wanna see more of these two.. 😭😭 Why are they shying away from appearances together..

^^i guess she's busy with Love you Maa shooting. Not sure though. But i really do want to see them as much they could. As long they are coming at berlin and hope they will walk together and not with their spouses(no offense to them) But i just want to see Srk and Kajol along karan lol. I remember Kajol did A Lot of promotion for UMAH; because it was a special movie for her husband(directed and produced i think). Let's hope for the best. Their Filmfare Cover Scans will be coming out on Feb 4th.

NDTV brings four-part series 'My Name Is Khan'

New Delhi, Jan 16 (IANS) With all eyes now on "My Name Is Khan", channel NDTV 24X7 is bringing an exclusive preview to the movies' star cast, filmmaker and its making with the hit trio of Karan Johar, Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol.
The channel has tied up with Dharma Productions for the special series also called "My Name Is Khan", said a press release.

NDTV chairman Prannoy Roy will interview Johar, Shah Rukh and Kajol, who will share their trials and tribulation of working as a team and some moments from the movie.

The film is about Rizwan Khan (Shah Rukh), an autist, who is mistaken for a terrorist while travelling in the US. It releases Feb 12.

In the first episode of the NDTV series, Shah Rukh talks about his childhood desire to dress up like Amitabh Bachchan's character in "Satte Pe Satte". He also shares the experience of his first day on set with Madhuri Dixit and friend and co-actor Kajol, about the advice given to him by actors like Anil Kapoor and Naseeruddin Shah.

The series will be telecast every Sunday at 7:30 p.m. starting Jan 17.
