Song relocation in Garam Masala By IndiaFM News Bureau, November 14, 2005 - 04:28 IST We have heard of song additions and deletions in a movie after its release. But this time it's a case of song relocation in the movie. The placement of the song 'Kiss Me Baby' has been changed in the film. The song sung by Adnan Sami, composed by Pritam and featuring the leading males of the film, Akshay Kumar and John Abraham along with some hot and spicy bikini babes, was shot just weeks before the movie's release to be used as a special promotional music video to publicize them movie more on the music channels. The song was not a part of the film but was played while the end credits rolled.
But then the makers felt that the song was too good to be wasted on the end credits (when the audiences just walk out of the theatres) and it needed better visibility as a part of the movie itself. So they changed the song's position from the end credits to somewhere in the second half in between the movie's proceedings. Apart from that it is also repeated when the end credits roll.
