Katrina Kaif, it seems, didn't have enough of Shah Rukh Khan in Karan Johar's next. Now the news is that she has expressed a desire to work with him in Farah Khan's next movie Happy New Year.

Bollywood sources told Headlines Today that Katrina telephoned SRK and expressed her desire to be a part Farah's film in which King Khan would be the obvious star in the lead.

Farah is SRK's second close friend who is being wooed by Katrina through off the record overtures, the first one being Karan Johar who has already revealed his desire to get SRK and Kat together.

However, Farah's Happy New Year is still at a scripting stage. As for Katrina doing the film, Farah is non-committal yet.

Whether Katrina would be Farah's final choice for Happy New Year will be known later, but one thing is clear that her hotline with SRK has definitely been up and running.

Regardless of the SRK-Salman controversy, Katrina performed with SRK in Dubai shortly after the big Khan fight. On his part, King Khan too has always praised Katrina and has never disregarded the idea of working with Salman Khan's girlfriend.

So where does this leave Salman? Will he allow Katrina to do Farah's Happy New Year with Shah Rukh?
