K. Rajeshwar who's terribly disappointed with the box office results of 'Indiravizha' has made an official announcement on remaking 'Ajab Prem Ki Kahani'. K. Rajeshwar who had made exceptional hits 'Amaran', 'Sival Peri Pandi' and 'Kovil Patti Veeralakshmi' gave away to bad criticisms about 'Indiravizha' (inspired from Hollywood's 'Disclosure' and Bollywood movie 'Aitraaz').

Rajkumar Santhoshi, director of the film 'Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani' and K. Rajeshwar have been close pals for many years. Sources have revealed that it will be the exact remake of Hindi version and the filmmaker will not make any modifications in script. The Hindi version has upcoming star Ranbir Kapoor (son of ace actor Rishi Kapoor) and Bollywood hottie Katrina Kaif in lead roles. The film's tentative release has been slated for the first week of October.

K. Rajeshwar has started his pursuit of new faces and planned to commence the shooting by first week of September.

well yeah it havent yet released but some producers are already really interested in the movie so i think it well be remaked and this producer is also close friends with Raj kumar santoshi so he have maybe told him the story and he liked it and thats why he makes a remake of it...

LOL I just find it amusing. Usually, you hear of a movie becoming a huge blockbuster, and THEN people line up to remake it. I'm not doubting the film; just saying this is kinda weird.
