I mean, multiplex releases are gonna get a huge advantage!

The strike is gonna be over when the multiplexes and producers once again have another meeting and see if they can come to some kinda agreement. All the producers collectively will decide when the strike ends.

In this case, all Sabbir can do is just wait and watch and hope that everything works out for his movie. Poor guy is very upset.

No, Imtiaz hasn't said anything about it yet. We were just talking about it on LAK group and it seems maybe that is why they're not releasing promo because they want the strike to end first?

That's an extremely wise decision. Since both KI and LAK are gonna be released by Eros entertainment, I can see the same strategy for both. Trust me Kully, we DONT want LAK or KI to be released in single screens. Both movies have fairly large budgets. They wont be able to sustain, especially since other movies are gonan release right around hte same time. You need huge openings.

I dont care how long it takes for KI or LAK to release, AS LONG as they release in multiplexes.

Yeah, but then if that's what they are planning, why did they release posters? esp. before the promo?😕 Should have just waited until they had a definite date. That's what I originally thought they were doing and it was a good decision.

Posters and pics always come otu before the promo Kully, they're doing fine =)

Then when the time is right, and close to release, they start releasing promos.

Trust Eros, they're not Yash Raj.

Saif and Imtiaz will come up with great promotional strategies, especially since they're in touch with the fans.

And now Sabbir as well, who is very sweet, like Imtiaz, and is open to feedback.

Sajid Nadiadwala is a very smart businessman/producer. He knows his stuff.

Dont worry about promotions. Look, only a few pics, and LAK has generated such insane amounts of publicity adn curiosity.

And same iwth KI. One promo, and our KI group has gone up over 800 members!

And Kully, as for waiting for a definite date, say all of a sudden its announced that the strike ends next week. Then since they havent created ANY awareness, they would have to wait another month to go into promotions. THis way, they're promoting slowly but surely so that whenever this stirke is called off, these movies can go on an overload of promotions!
