I think everyone out here should go to journalism school. The world has made Media a Plural word damn it. it's Medium. it's Annoying to see people "who think" they know everything but keep using Media instead of Medium.

Medium. Medium. Medium. Medium. Medium. Medium. Medium.

It's not for you only but dumba** and idiot Indian MEDIUM.

thanks for the label... besides, nobody can know everything and i don't think anyone thinks they do... 😛

ONLY God can know everything..!!
In general, "media" refers to various means of communication. For example, television, radio, and the newspaper are different types of media. The term can also be used as a collective noun for the press or news reporting agencies. In the computer world, "media" is also used as a collective noun, but refers to different types of data storage options.

Computer media can be hard drives, removable drives (such as Zip disks), CD-ROM or CD-R discs, DVDs, flash memory, USB drives, and yes, floppy disks. For example, if you want to bring your pictures from your digital camera into a photo processing store, they might ask you what kind of media your pictures are stored on. Are they on the flash memory card inside your camera or are they on a CD or USB drive? For this and many other reasons, it is helpful to have a basic understanding of what the different types of media are.
when we are talking about 'media', we are not only referring to one source, hence not medium.. because news channel is one 'medium' to communite... or newspaper is another 'medium'... etc. 😳
you need to finish school, my dear... 😉 (jks, sorry, couldn't help it...) 😳

one more:
media1 /'midi?/ Show Spelled Pronunciation [mee-dee-uh] Show IPA
–noun
1. a pl. of medium.
2. (usually used with a plural verb) the means of communication, as radio and television, newspapers, and magazines, that reach or influence people widely: The media are covering the speech tonight.
Usage note:
Media, like data, is the plural form of a word borrowed directly from Latin. The singular, medium, early developed the meaning "an intervening agency, means, or instrument" and was first applied to newspapers two centuries ago. In the 1920s media began to appear as a singular collective noun, sometimes with the plural medias. This singular use is now common in the fields of mass communication and advertising, but it is not frequently found outside them: The media is (or are) not antibusiness.

🤣 thank you Sanam ji.
Just when one thinks they know it all and want others to go to school - they get taught a lesson in humility.😆
So do the IF members get an apology now?😛

Media Studies means different things to different interest groups. To us, Media Studies is about making the processes and practices of the media visible. Most people tend not to think about what goes before the word on the page, the image on the TV screen or the items on the Web page. The media critic exists to contemplate these things, in order to understand the role played by media in the business of personal and communal sense making.
