 There aren't many in this industry who have an axe to grind with Sallu, who is as popular within the film circles as he is outside of it. But John Abraham is one guy who Salman didn't get along with and John's girlfriend Bipasha had to bear the brunt of it after she was replaced from a couple of films with Salman and also ousted from several shows that had him as their star performer.Later that animosity inevitably spilled on to cause the Bipasha-Katrina catfight. But since John is now happily working with Katrina for Yash Raj's New York, this has has given Bipasha hope that Salman would let bygones be bygones as well and she'd soon be working with him. With a lack of film offers and a lot of time on hand, you are allowed to hope of course. And hope is what it has remained for Bipasha as Salman recently turned down the first film offered to him opposite her after a long time. Abbas-Mustan are producing this film that will be directed by their erstwhile assistant. Salman liked the script and agreed to do the film, but when he was told that Bipasha was their choice for the role, he flatly refused saying he wasn't interested. The director duo are in a fix now. |
