okay Deepz is not talented at all. I don't know why she's here. Maybe she's signing all the movies that come her way so she can pay her bills but isn't Deepika so stupid that she turned down movies by salman, hrithik and two other movies with Aki? as for my multiple ids, do you by any chance suffer from selective memory? i have mentioned i been reading this forum for months but finally posted today. i dont see any reason to have multiple ids, i dont know anyone who is that desperate to do that.

Okay, you have a point. But this is the way it has been since the early 90s. I mean you don't really hear about many of the new stars coming from a theatre or drama/film school background. That seemed more common in the 70s/80s. And I am saying stars not actors necessarily because I am pretty sure that may still be the case for character actors. Nowadays, it seems like star kid after star kid is jumping in or someone does an ad and boom. Nothing wrong with that, but more of a meritocracy would be nice instead of an endless whirlpool of nepotism.

Umm you put Deepika's name in the title - so did you expect Genilia or SRK fans to show up? I defended both of them in my earlier post, so please don't generalize about their fans. Yes you are right Sonam has less tact and so her interviews get more attention. But having tact and knowing what words to use is just as important as the content of your message.

Yeah Deepika did a screen test for Happy New Year I think and when it got shelved Farah took her on for OSO. Also shooting for the Farhan movie has not even started and you've decided that all she is is a "glam doll" in it. Yes Farhan did say they wanted a "stunner" but just because you look good in a role does not mean that you don't need to act.

Also Imtiaz said Deepika was a challenge because she is new, whereas Kareena is more experienced.

And admit it - you didn't come here for a mature discussion. You just wanted to grab attention - and you succeeded - haha.

The reason is because you have her on the topic like I pointed out earlier. You didn't say these newcomers need to prove before they talk, but "Deepika; I am here b/c of my talent" that's why.. 😳😳

I edited that comment anyway...LOL but since u saw it. I like to end my comment with everyone has their favorites. Some might like a person for their so called "Honest comments". But I like an actor because I like their acting, their movies, their dancing, their personality but looks are optional.

i know more ways to grab attention, believe me. i put deepika's name in the title because it was her quote that i needed to quote. nothing major. i can't put a quote by srk and than talk about sonam and deepika.

i didnt know about deepika auditioning for a role before and farah seeing that, so for that i apologize that i was wrong. as for others, i dont think i am wrong. all of deepika's roles have roles that required her to look nice and do nothing ground breaking. most of her roles are because of her looks. dont tell me if she did these same roles just like how she's doing them now but looked like bobby darling, you would still be a fan? she's here mostly of her looks and once she does something groundbreaking, i'll change my statement.

And to me, Deepz already proved that she can act by playing double roles in her early movies. She's far better than few actresses that I won't named.

if double roles prove you are a great actor, i heard bobby darling has a double role in his next movie, we should give him an oscar.
