Amrita's bridal jewellery is almost exclusively diamond-studded

Diamonds are a girl's best friend and Amrita Arora is no exception.
The actress's big fat week-long wedding celebrations has had her bedecked with made-to-order sparklers at the various events. The groom Shakeel Ladhak has gifted her a huge diamond set that costs a whopper as one of the wedding gifts.
Ammu will be wearing a necklace made of solitaire diamonds with solitaire dangling earrings for the nikaah tonight at a Bandra hotel. She will also wear flower jewellery made of mogras as she says 'kabool hai'.

For the sangeet on Thursday at a Juhu nightspot, Amu wore a necklace made of five layers of polki uncut diamond studded with emeralds designed by the actress herself. At the white wedding on Wednesday, she also wore diamonds.
Amrita's bridal jewellery has been done by Ashraf Motiwala of A K Motiwala Jewellers, Bandra.
They had also designed Aishwarya Rai's trousseau jewellery and have several B-Town celebs as their clients.
Says a source, "Amu has been frequenting their store for a while now. She has custom-made all her jewellery so that it is one of a kind. She did not to pick up anything off the shelf."Ashraf maintains, "We don't divulge details about our clients. That's the trust we share with them."

Mehendi mohalla i want one, too! Shakeel Ladhak Amrita Arora and Shakeel Ladhak getting their mehendi done yesterday afternoon by mehendi specialist Veena Nagda. Kajol Devgan, Tanishaa, Malaika Arora Khan, Shaina NC, Raveena Tandon and Sangeeta Bijlani were some of the other people who came to have their mehendi done along with Amrita's.
