Lovanika, personally I'll try to avoid your posts from now on because you seem like a Phyliss Schlafly follower. Nothing wrong with that as long as you don't force down your beliefs on others.
Anyways, why the heck should a woman accept a cheater? And I'm not just saying this. I've actually done it My boyfriend of 3 years had a one night stand with this chick he met at work. He came to me and apolozised. What did I do? I kicked him to the curb because that's what he deserves. Do I love him stil? Yes. Does it hurt? Yes. . Do I want him back? Yes. Will I take him back? Hell No. Do I deserve him ?! Hell to the gazillion times No!
No person man or woman deserves a cheater. I mean NO ONE, not even my worst enemy! The problem with your mentality is that most Indian women think like you. They think men can do whatever they want as long as they foot the bill and don't leave them permanently. Why the hell should men do anything they want and still be able to get away with it? This is a sad, sad belief. A woman is not a second class citizen. She deserves the same respect a man does and if a man cannot appreciate a woman, then she needs to dump that jerk right away! There are plenty of better fish in the sea!

personally, i see nothing in lovanika's post that is, umm, how do you say it, forcing down her believes on others.. that's her choice of view just as you guys have your's..
good for you flaviya.. and that takes a strong woman to do that.. but i would also call Jaya strong.. she did what she thought was right.. and you did your's.. it's all points of views, aren't they.. if Amit wanted to leave her, he could but he didn't.. she forgave him, that's her choice.. what would i do, even i don't know if god forbid i find myself in the same situation.. but i got 2 kids too, so i can easily relate to her situation being a married woman myself..
i have to go with lovanika on this.. but people are free to have their own choice of views.. what you mentioned 'guesswho' about people having problems with the whole triangle is their own choice.. that shouldn't change Jaya's decision.. she is the only one who makes her own choices.. people can't do that for her.. so we should at least respect her for her choice.. i do..

Which is exactly what I was saying! We all have different opinions. You might think Jaya was right and I don't. Jaya made her decision and you guys think she is strong for that. I just have a problem with it because too many women in India do that. To me it seems less of a strength and more of a traditional man vs woman hierarcy created by the society. Then again that is just my opinion. I am not forcing it on anyone, you guys are allowed to think whatever you want.
Let's just agree to disagree.
Flaviya that sucks dude. I am sure you'll get through it. Like you said there are more fishies out there, probably hotter and non-cheating ones 😊 It's his loss.

that's precisely the point.. 😊 we're all so different.. well, i think that marriage changes a lot of things.. before i used to think the same, but now, after marriage and two kids later, it's mixed views for me.. but no, i don't think that it is a more traditional man vs woman hierarchy created by society.. actually, it does exist but not in all cases.. i think even in one of Deepika's interviews, she said that i will forgive if my man ever cheated on me because i probably love him too much.. just giving example, here.. so there are different reasons..

You are right coming from Dimple that was little cliche...but I read it in the magazine where Twinkle was on cover recently.
I think what Dimple actually meant was "that she was young and she did not understand the situation of her husband that time. The new women i his life made her more angry at him and she left it. But now that she is matured she thinks that she would have played the situation a little differently and understood what all came with being the wife of a superstar." and thats what she told her daughter that she and her had the same troubles with women as both married superstars. And Dimple told Twinkle not to take haste decision of leaving Akshay....(I was surprised after reading this).
Dimple now when sit and rethink about her life she actually regret her decision. It speaks for itself.
I am a wife and I am not sure what i will do if I were in this situation but as I read it somewhere "Leaving was an easy option but I choose a more difficult one - to work on my marriage" - I think it was the friends' star Courtney.

Here we are talking about a wife with kids. The woman who married that man and has kids.
When you are in a realtionship it is easy to walk out on your boyfriendthan walking out on your marriage. When you are married with kids your personal interest takes backseat. You start thinking about your kids and it is not easy to leave the family.
Every situation and problem have different way tackling when you are married with kids. Dealing with it when you are the only one it is very different. It is not easy in either case but the option varies for both of them.
I would want everyone to have a happy ending. And in this case from my point of view it is happy ending for Jaya.

wow this discussion actually became serious..here's what I know.after the coolie accident AB was declared dead by docs...it was only Jaya who saw his toe moving or something like that did the docs realise that he was still alive..probably Ab became a wiser man after that and started distancing himself from rekha..rekha anyway has married thrice-first to kiran kumar, then vinod mehra and finally mukesh aggarwal who committed suicide.
