Whom is Amitabh aping?

You guys heard it here first and that too straight from the horse's mouth... Everyone claims Amitabh Bachchan to be original. And every move is followed by a wah-wah from the audience. Well, there's a little secret we'll let you in on...

Remember Amitabh's famous Khaike Paan Banara swala act? Apparently, it was years ago that the Big B was performing this dance, and only recently he revealed that the dance steps of this number had a source of inspiration. And the inspiration came from, well, son Abhishek!

Abhishek was on the sets of Don when the dance was being 'choreographed'. And when the song came on, Abhishek began to dance to it. Amitabh tells us, "Abhishek was with me on the sets, he was very tall for his age and was generally grooving to the song... And I just copied what he was doing!"

And what does son Abhi have to say to that? "Now it's out in the open, even Amitabh Bachchan copies Abhishek," says Bachchan Jr. ending the conversation with a wink, of course!

Thanks for the article. I always feel bad for Abhi because poor guy is always & will be compared to his dad. His dad is a great actor & there can be only one Amitabh.
