The video starts with Sunny coming to Shonali and telling her, if she has any problems with her, she shold first go to Sunny, Shona was happy to listen this and she commented that Sunny u are very soft spoken and you are the only one in this house, Juhi gets offended saying am I not soft spoken, just few days back, Shona told Juhi that she is the best person is the house to talk with

And then it is just their argument going on for the next 2 minutes

words ke meaning ko manipulate karna to koi juhi se seekhe. soft spoken does not mean lovingly speaking. it indicates warmth and soft voice and volume. juhi ki to awaaz hi itni shrill hai. kis galatfehmi mein hai yeh?

the argument ends very sweetly. Juhi was just being possessive cs Sho herself asks for 5 mins daily to have a conversation with her. listen to what they speak in the video, not just the title. its ends very cutely and Sho even says I'm very touched.
