Haha,you sound as though I single handedly took this thread to a silver jubilee😆....Dont forget all the rakhi fans' contribution😆(which constitues about 70% of this thread) umpteen personal vituperative attacks,sermonising as to how a "good indian citizen" should behave😆,all the hindi banter,all the talk about how teens shouldnt be taken seriously yada yada....and name calling is insignificant🤔...hmm,wonder whether you would take it stoically if you were called a monkey on National television😛

Hindi is the main language only in the north,In the south,hindi isnt preponderantly used....

@ Purva...This thread was only about RAkhi and her name calling....Since she called Carol names,Carol's name featured..But it had nothing to do with Carol per se....😛

This issue, of 24 pages, is merely based on a few dialogues mouthed by Rakhi.

@ Buffie : You didn't directly answer my Qs abt name calling of Rakhi - calling her 'wretched' is def. name calling. If you did, maybe it has been replied in such hi-fi english that I am unable to understand it, but if you haven't - then I would call you a hypocrite.

Hypocrite = A person who professes beliefs and opinions that he does not hold

If you think name calling is derogatory, then you should'nt advocate it, isn't it. Whether it be on National TV or a popular Discussion Forum.

And as far as Hindi being national lanugage is concerned, books / sources etc might say legally it isnt but IMO if you ask many ppl they will say Hindi is the langauge spoken by most Indians, along with English and other dialects. Like Bigg Boss No. 1 (Ajju) I never said that everyone must speak Hindi. I have friends who find Bengali much easier to converse in, and I fully respect that.

Buffie, next time you make a discussion, I dont plan to take part. This is simply because I cannot, simply CANNOT fight over something for so long and something so baseless and insignificant. Having a discussion where all issues are resolved amicably is my idea of a lively discussion. Not one where selective issues are tackled and some are just left to dust. My comparing Rakhi behaviour to Roopali and carol's is ridiculed.

Rohit common dude we all here for discussion and I personally liked your comments and comparing Rakhi with Carol and Rupali is not wrong way to defend rakhi .I mean you did not compare Rakhi with Aish or something ..Carol and Rupali are part of Big Boss and its normal if you compare.Sometimes people who dont find anything to answer then they try to redicule fellow members posts 😛 I am not talking about Buffie bcoz I know she has lot to write here .I guess we have to take it easy and try to keep cool .

buffie i so agree with u...when i first saw rakhi on big boss...i thought she was not all tht bad and maybe she had to do all tht item girl stuff and exposing or watever coz her difficulties n all...just like she said...then slowly she began to show her true colors and yesterday was just HORRIBLE!! i mean wat da hell does she thinkl of herself calling ppl names like tht??? kabootar...pau kilo n all tht crap and how can she call carol a monkey?? i mean how low can u get? i m no fan of carol but such name calling is just so cheap! n i have still nt figured out y rakhi thinks shez pretty....i m sorry but i dont think shez pretty or even close to tht from ne angle...i think all human r beautiful but rakhi has some serious misconceptions abt herself...just wearing skimpy clothes doesnt make neone pretty....!!

4)carol didnt stand up for her friend rupali during the awards nights.(no matter how much rupali cries but if carol calles herself her friend she should have stood up while voting or atleast on stage like amit)

😕....How could you say its wrong,but she did heap approbation on Rupali for being dignified.....

5)deepak parashar...though he was a boring guy but he can be someone's dad's age...would carol like it if rakhi or someone else spoke rudely to her dad? then why was she rude to deepak parashar.even if she didnt like him bossing around she should have been more respectful (deepak complained about carol's disrespectful behavior)

I didnt see her disrespecting Deepak...Even Rakhi says Carol disrespects her,which again I dont buy because I dont see her scorning at Rakhi😕...

6) it takes both hands to clap...carol must not behaved well with anupama and aryan for them to dislike her so much.

Again,no solid case...I didnt see Carol torturing Anu,so why would I believe what they say

If you mean to say that I mentioned the 24 + pages, my inteniton was not to say you, Buffie, have done all this. I never intended to say that I am angry at the no. of pages. I am tired of the same point in the topic = i.e. like OMG Rakhi used Crass Language how bad of her, how undignified of her, how gandi she is, Oh I just hate her = being repeated in posts again and again.

If you are intending a personal attack on me or Sarah (whom I feel that comment was intended to) for calling you a non-indian, I def. cannot be as good a debater as Sarah, but I think she meant to say that perhaps you cannot qualitatvely measure the no. of ppl who using crassy language but most ppl use it in diff situations.

First of all I have to say, I thoroughly enjoy your posts as they constitute in healthy discussions (most of the times at least). I loved reading your posts in jdj forum and its nice to see how well you work with words to put your point forth.
I however think its quite unfair of you to limit this thread to just rakhi when there are quiet others in the BB house that have a similar behaviour as well. You might not have appreciated the way rakhi behaved and you voiced your opinion here which is fine but how right is it to stop others from putting forward their opinions on the same matter just because they do not involve rakhi and others who live with her.
Neither you or I live in that house with all of them 24/7 and we do not know the circumstances they might be in when they say certain things. One might say here that rakhi never has valid reasons to nominate anyone except name calling which ofcourse is never justified but then again you still cannot blame someone for nominating a person for no reason. Most of the times you judge a person the very first time you meet them and then you stick to that very judgement all your life with no efforts to make friends. In real life its easier to not say anything and forget about it as we are not obliged to stay with them all the time.
Rakhi called carol a monkey in the confession room... I call most of my friends bi****s even though I dont always mean it. And sometimes I use maybe words like dummy or retard with my acquaintances because thats the kind of person I am. And I come nowhere close from the kind of background that rakhi is from. I am educated, never lived in india, come from a upper middle class family, know english, hindi and about 5 other languages. And I still like rakhi for her straightforwardness.. she is honest and correct me if I am wrong but she has never intentionally bad mouthed about one member of the BB family to someone else. What she says and does in the confession room is because thats her right to do and say.. she can say whatever she wants and I am sure she knows that the camera is keeping a watch on her at all times. Kadi nazar... solid assar.. :)

Hey be a sport,that wasnt a personal attack😊..Personal attack is name calling and passing judgments(like what sumesh and sarah did)...I just mentioned in what all ways the RAkhi fans contributed to this thread(a bit sardonically though)....

ABout the thread getting repetitive,i agree...Heck,I had even retired form this thread,but after reading Sarah's sermon,I couldnt help but post!...and again,you seem to miss the bus...I've been reiterating that its not for her lingo alone that she received so much flak,but its for her inherent nature.....Not all people belonging to rakhi's cadre use words like Monkey etc...As i said,it wasnt a signature characteristic of the poor people or majority Indians...You people seem to have missed this point!

Oh so this thread was only about Rakhi and her name calling and had nothing to do with Carol... then why have you discussed how crass Rakhi is and how classy Carol is?? If you can try to prove how classy and dignified Carol is in a thread solely dedicated to Rakhi and her name calling then what's wrong if I try to prove Carol is not all that classy??

If people can use Carol as white to show how black Rakhi is... I can definitely show how i feel both are gray i.e both have flaws.. I don't think i deviated from the topic here.....
