Rahil Azam was Ravi Kishen's boss!

No, not in reality but on a TV show

GITA HARI

Rahil Azam, Aditya Balraj of the now defunct Resham Dankh on Star One, who is currently seen as Vedant in Star One's Betiyan Apni Ya... Paraya Dhan had started his career with Ek Tukda Chand Ka in which Shilpa Saklani was paired opposite him. In the same show, Ravi Kishen played Rahil's secretary and the role was similar to that of Asrani in Abhimaan, namely his secretary. This was about five years back when Ravi hadn't joined Bhojpuri films and was struggling even on television. It was only later that his fortune changed after entering the Bhopuri film industry. Meanwhile, Rahil went on to carve a niche for himself on the small screen. His roles in Achanak, Sony's Yeh Meri Life Hai, Hatim and Resham Dankh have been appreciated by the viewers. His recent entry in the negative character as Vedant, a 'tapori' or vagabond in Star One's Betiyan Apni Ya... Paraya Dhan has been well received on which he comments, "I am enjoying playing Vedant to the hilt."
Recounting his experience with Ravi, Rahil observes, "Five years back, I spent about three months working with Ravi Kishen in the serial Ek Tukda Chand Ka. He is an extremely hard working person and his hard work has paid off. He is one guy who enjoys being 24 hours in front of the camera." In fact, when Rahil's Hatim on Star Plus became a hit show, Ravi had called him up to congratulate him for the same.
True to Rahil's observation, at the moment Ravi Kishen's career has been revived on television courtesy Sony's Bigg Boss, where he is under 24 hours scrutiny. We wonder how Rahil and Ravi will react after reading this and what if they bump into each other in future. Seems unlikely that Ravi will acknowledge Rahil having played his boss in an earlier show!
