Meenzy fikar not yaar. Now some road side vendors in India wear gloves and serve mineral water paani-puri. Don't challenge authenticity of mineral water though!

actually, i'm not a fan either. don't know what all the mess is about. isse accha humara desi aloo ka bhurta hota hai! the kind found in aloo ka parathas. 😛

point is that when i do eat mashed potatoes, i don't add chaat masala. 😆
