oh god here we go again...what merit is there involved in winning bigg boss anyways? its the person who gets the most votes that wins and Ashu got the most votes so he won. period. people voted for him because they liked him. he has many fans out there.

I can't comment on roadies because I haven't seen the show. I saw the video of him slapping the girl and I thought it was harsh but then there was a behind the scenes video where she got to slap him back so yeah..
But I still think it was the fault of that Raghu guy for having such a stupid task.

@shehzaadi, yes he won BB. and he has won popularity as well. but nobody knows the truth about the voting pattern and we will never really know whether it was a fair win. speculation will always remain about that, so let's accept that😊 as an obvious ashu supporter, you won't like to face it, but really, none of us have a choice.

Raghu insults everyone. He even lashed out on Nihal in semis.

And Ashu did complete tough tasks. He was the best timer in that high speed water shower round AFAIK.

As for not eating non-veg .. he mentioned the same in his audition form when asked "What will be one task which you'll deny" and he said "I won't consume non-veg".

Have you seen international shows such as amazing race? even on there contestants decline on eating non-veg for the task .. so that's no big deal.

so its not like he could not have refused to slap her. it was the final task and he knew he had a shot at winning and he didn't wanna let go of that chance.

and finally, he didn't win because he completed the slapping task. it was a tie between nihal and ashu since both teams completed all tasks. so the strategy was that one roadie became the deciding person on who would be the winner. it happened to be Sonel, Ashu's GF then. naturally she chose him. that's the ONLY reason he won.

I don't know if I should say this, but I find it ironic that the fans of a certain man who has abused his wife and broken a reporter's finger are blasting Ashu for slapping a girl because it was a task on a reality show.

reg. roadies, raghu arranged for the girl to slap him back only because everyone was horrified at ashu's act. but that doesn't mean it was ok on ashu's part to slap her or that the girl got retribution or something.

exactly, no one knows the truth about voting patterns so you can't claim that certain people voted for certain reasons and made him win. speculations are exactly that, speculations..no facts. The only fact is that Ashu won, and it's high time that everyone accepts that he won. And unless proven otherwise, he has won fairly. In fact there is no such thing as "unfair" in a reality show like this. The format is that anyone can vote any number of times. No one stopped Raja or Zulfi supporters from sending more votes, but they failed to do so and Ashu won. As long as the vote counting is genuine and he has recieved the most votes, the win is fair.

I won't like to drag this further because I like Raja too (kind of). My point was just that if we can overlook Raja's past before BB then why can't we overlook Ashu's. There has to be some consistency somewhere. Everything Raja does is right and everything Ashu does is wrong? 😕

And I think you misunderstood me. I'm not trying to defend Ashu's act. I say it was wrong for Ashu to slap that girl so hard. But that was before BB and other contestants (such as Raja) have done many things before the show which could be brought in and made an issue of. My point was just that if you show indifference to one man's violence and blast another it shows a bias..that's all.

Not everything Ashu does is wrong...he did say Raja Bhaiyya aap bahut famous ho gaye ho...and I totally agree with him there!! 😆
