he didnt say it. akash lied. but after the fight Vik did say that she cannot handle the responsibilities and it will be a waste to make her captain..

Captain kaun banega wo toh waise bhi uske haath mein nahi hai..no matter what anyone says...but he was trying to get her till the finals... Arshi ko ye toh samajhna chahiye... if others don't want her to be captain he can't do anything, wo chahe ya na chahe... bekaar mein bhadakne ki zaroorat nahi thi...

Episode was confusing. Someone tweeted this:

Puneesh Won't Let Arshi Become The Captain.
Vikas & Puneesh Won't Let #Luv Become The Captain.
Priyank & Hina Will Eventually Get Out of The Race.
In The End, Puneesh Would Have No Choice Other Than Letting Vikas Make Arshi The Captain!

ok i have not seen the episode but from the updates...plan is simple.

end main arshi luv priyank hina are there.
puneesh didnt want arshi to be the captain. puneesh vikas didnt want luv as the captain.

hiten will leave the task. vikas told puneesh that after top 3 there wont be any plan , it would be open game. so vik never said "i dont want arshi to be the captain" vik said the same to arshi. tum top 3 main task main hogi...uske baad dekhenge kya hota hai.

end main arshi hi captain banegi dekhna. 😆😆 vikku ftw 🥳

exactly! problem was that arshi was just not willing to listen. everyone in the house has severe comprehension issues.. arshi more so.

He dint say but he said aise nahi hota. It means the same thing right. He gave her the signal that she is not becoming caption. He has made some deal with Puneesh and Puneesh clearly said he doesn't want arshi caption. Vikas said in ED I can't make her caption. U need support right.

Arshi s problem is u have the baby. U have to take the baby in that row. Whether she gets votes in future or no is not issue. Same is with pri.

Arshi and priyank are thinking that much. Vikas is thinking what even I can't understand. He is thinking of housemates votes.Dont know.

But every time Puneesh and he discussed about Arshi, Vikas said we will see that later

So not sure when he said that he wont make Arshi captain
