An enigma I am not sure I want to unravel 😆, just coz I have not been able to unravel the other walking talking enigma in the house- Vikas.
Except for what we've read outside of the house and SS' insinuation, Vikas has not flirted with any guy inside the house- neither the openly gay nor the supposedly straight ones. His inherent sense of style and body language is not entirely heterosexual, and he's touchy-feely in a very inoffensive cuddly way with guys he is close to and that's about it. If one were to microread his body language, there were signs of undefined affection towards Priyank in the early days and on a different wavelength later. Rather, he's flirted openly with Lucinda and then spoken openly of wanting to flirt with a female WC. I have a feeling ki ab jo bhi ayega, if at all, 70 years ka ho ya 17, she'll be prey to his flirtations.. unhone thaan liya toh thaan liya 😆 . So, well, he's kept his personal cards lose to his chest, which is fine considering the homophobic bullying he keeps having to face on the show in earnest or jest.
Priyank is truly an engima for the reasons you mention. He professedly doesn't wish to be known to his audience or his family as anything other than straight; yet he behaves quite freely like an open bi-. This might also be his way of trying to ensure he doesn't lose any of his professional contracts and he realised he'd better mend the fences while inside kyunki jab bahar jayenge toh footage dekhenge toh Viks is surely not to rush to embrace him for sure 😆. So, some sort of anticipatory bail in advance 😆. He might have figured it might be easier to convey to his family and the people of India that he is straight if he frolicks around with his GF and indulges in some PDA later than getting back into Vik's good books if he doesn't do a bit of drama now. Hmmm... that could be it perhaps, eh?
