I didn't understand why those HMs were fighting on real issues of the house.

The task was "Imaginary". Hiten and Arshi aren't married , Shilpa isn't Arshi's mom and Hina isn't Hiten's sister. Akash isn't retarded 😆

They should have fought on IMAGINARY issues. Why did they make it based on real issues?

What was with Sapna? She started fighting like one of the parties, she wasn't playing role of Judge at all. Which Judge acts as witness + Judge+ Advocate at the same time?

Both parties could have made false allegations and produced false eye witness to win the case !! They could have made it so interesting but as usual...they confused it and made it a shouting match

I think only real issues were to be discussed.

Otherwise how could the judges give verdict? They can't judge on lies, can they?

This task was set up for mud slinging. I can't blame the HMs entirely for going down the dirty route as that was intention of the task all along. I wish they were smarter to take less offensive issues. But jitne ke liye kuch bhi karenege.

This is what I posted elsewhere -

Bakwas episode tha. 😵 Hiten-Arshi se Priyank-Arshi divorce case bann gaya. And when Hiten was called on kathghara, he wasn't even sure that on what basis he wanted divorce. Vikas had to ask him 'Do you think it's a strong enough reason for you to ask for divorce' ? 😳

I mean, there could be 100 other reasons created for this like shaadi ke baad job join kar liya and now not giving me time, ladki ki family baat baat pe dhamki dete hai Dowry ka case laga denge when we didn't ask for anything, ladki ki maa demand kar rahi hai flat car yeh sab khareedne ke liye jabki I dont have stable job and that's outside my limit, meri maa ko Oldage home bhejna chahti hai, mere mental bhai Acash ko rehabilitation centre bhejna chahti hai, mujhe meri family se alag karne ki koshish kar rahi hai etc etc etc. Arre aise 100 reasons toh mai hi de sakti hoon. 😆

Yeh faltu Priyank ko beech mein laake saara mazaa kirkira ho gaya. I feel it was their plan to highlight P in this case to get footage since he is nominated. And gadhera Hiten like a fool didnt catch that

Overall Bandagi was a good judge, but I expected her (expected from her because no expectation from the other illiterate judge who didn't even know the meaning of this post) to say things like this is a task on a particular issue and not a place to discuss all the issues what happened in last 1.5 months. But to my surprise, everybody, literally everybody forgot that it was a FICTIONAL task which could have been handled in a way way better manner. 😕

@Bold - It wasn't shown in the episode when task was read out. You may be right.

Task was definitely set up for mudslinging. BB never mixes the people from both groups for task. That's why the rivalry continues after the task is over

I believe many written things are not revealed due to tight editing. If fictional case was allowed, Arshi would not have agreed to discuss her flirtation with Priyank and others.

Also Hina was skeptical of questioing Arshi's character.. But later said it is a task so they have to. All points to BB asking them to bring up only eal issues that can be judged fairly by the 2 judges.

In real Divorce cases, these things are very common. So I don't find it objectionable
