@smoldie Try to get tired.. physical exertion and avoid any screen/ media before 1.5-2 hours of sleeping.. can try reading a book- paperback not kindle 😆 .. all this possible only after B.B. finale.. till then we need you ..josh mei raho and jaagte raho 🥳

I so fall in love with this guy over and over again, whenever he's consulted for his negotiation skills... kya logic maarta hai banda 😳. He was also so right about Priyank who was in a ready to be sacrificed mode and Vikas kya, Salman bhi kuch kahe toh bhi he'd have gone ahead and done the mundan. But felt like giving Ben more that one tight slap- how pathetic was her reaction to Vikas, who was genuinely trying to keep her in the game saying Priyank needs you in the game! And she reacted like a banshee to that!

Smoldy, don't know where you are based, but google for the closest Kottakkal Arya Vaidyashala. If anybody in Ayurveda can do, that can. They have their presence in the US, UK and the Middle East besides India ofcourse. Take your time and space to see an ayurvedic practitioner if nothing else works. Don't get into prescription medicine mode at this age.
