Jeez, Smoldy, you are too young for that! Have you tried working yourself out to exhaustion? As in something physically very demanding?

I know, Uma. :( I can't help it tho. Even my psych doesn't know which meds to give me because nothing seems to be working.

And yeah, I have tried working out but it just makes me feel more energetic instead of tired. :/

I wish I could help you in some way but fortunately I've never had sleeping issues as such.

Oh god I couldn't stop laughing when Hiten called Vikas again today for his persuasive skills 🤣

He's been doing it since yesterday I noticed. Yesterday it looked suspecious but today... yeah well he's been making fun... lol

There aren't ayurvedic practitioners here.. Not that I know of. I've seen both psychologists and psychiatrists but to no avail :/
