Right ya, then Vikas Ka bhi case tha na Parth maamle mein ? In this case, Puneesh wife can complaint against him for the divorce issue, Lucinda can sue Colors for A-Cash crap, DP can sue for defaming her over Lice issue..

Hina and Shilpa can press charges of defamation against Arshi, Hina can put some abuse charge on Puneesh.. Lol...Nice PR stunt.

What Priyank did was wrong but he didn't reveal anything about Arshi's case. He didn't even mentioned anything about a case. He just said two words, "Goa and Pune". Arshi herself blurted out the truth. Technically, this FIR should be filed against Arshi 😆

Rather than a publicity stunt, I believe the FIR is likely filed to protect Arshi later - in the event Arshi is accused of voluntarily and of her own volition speaking of sub-judice matters on TV. Against Priyank it cannot stick, of course, because yes, technically all he did was mention two states. So evidence is flimsy. But everyone is also aware why Priyank fed those two names to Sapna, and what he hoped to achieve. In his own words, he hoped to rattle Arshi about a matter from her past. A legal matter, as it happens. He wasn't promoting tourism in those two cities when he told Sapna to poke Arshi with them. Incitation plays a part.

All this is going to result in, however, is Arshi's quick eviction I imagine. It's unfortunate, but then they should all be aware of what they're signing up for with BB - TRP is the name of the game, and unless the channel has reason to protect one, anything goes.

the day arshi goes the trp will go will her...you guys have to admit she brings lots of drama in this show...these celebrities are so enclosed in their own self esteem and ego

First of all, I want to say that you're one of my favourite BB member here. And, even If I don't agree with your opinion sometimes, I love the way to present your pov. That's how discussion should be done. Keep it up 👍🏼

Now coming to Arshi. Yes, you could be right about the FIR. And, even though I agree Priyank is wrong but I think Arshi is more at fault here. She could've kept her mouth shut. When Sapna accused her, she should've ignored her or deny anything relating to it. Moreover, she made statements like, "my parents will kill me", hence adding fuel to the fire.

@Bold - I don't think she is going anywhere. BB need her for TRPs.

I think it's a catch 22 - had she kept her mouth shut, viewers would've still known what Priyank was referring too, and would likely infer that it must be true since Arshi didn't say a word. Not many would've thought that she's quiet because she's legally obliged to be. And also - he achieved what he set out to do - rattle her. These matters are not supposed to be spoken of while subjudice, and she probably got spooked when she thought that people were speaking of them on TV, and that it could land her in a tough spot.
